The restaurateur forced
In our marketing career management we encountered different types of managers, some recoverable, some not. Among the unrecoverable according to us the "forced" category are causing more damage in absolute terms, we say that if they play on a par with the incompetent, but the incompetent with the right training and passion can improve the forced no, deteriorates time.
I forced those managers who are family status, financial, various problems "that happen to everyone in life" lack of motivation or another, are in fact forced to pull out the activity, keep the restaurant open and destroy it.
This is a tough profession, a job that you test in body and mind, but you must always be present.
