In Rome Romeow Cat Bistrot, Thomas Design War, The key concept was to design the bistro as a house, so that the space has a strong personality, able to communicate the stories of the people who live there and also that it is of course also welcoming. The large windows illuminate the main room, and the tables and chairs, a piano, some pillows and wall decorations convey a very familiar and comfortable feeling, it looks more like a dining room in the house than a restaurant. The bistro serves refined vegan cuisine open from breakfast to late evening is a field six cats roaming the premises.
